OUR STORY
Our story began in 2006 as a husband and wife partnership when we launched a small recycling business. This endeavor offered grinding services to companies who wanted to decrease waste and reprocess their scrap material. As the corporation and our knowledge grew, we began working with other recyclable materials to broaden our reach with manufacturers. In 2014, we purchased a small extrusion operation that permitted us to expand on our grinding capabilities, allowing us to pelletize scrap in order to make recycled resin. Keeping with our desire to offer Earth-friendly products, through that process, we were able to create a fully recycled, high-density polyethylene plastic sheeting which we sold to thermoforming, horticultural, and marine industries. In 2018, through the purchase and installation of our own press operation, Toccoa Mats was developed. Further increasing our recycling efforts, we began utilizing rubber from recycled tires which we use in creating a variety of quality floor mats.
